We maintain a rigorous customer service program, continually investing in our capabilities to better differentiate ourselves from our competitors. Moreover, our recruitment and retention program to hire the best qualified personnel to staff our contracts is one of the keys to our success.

Looking towards the future, we are very excited about Chesapeake's potential to grow in developing markets. The Therapy Division has a strong customer base in Early Intervention Programs, and we are experiencing significant growth in our own clinic services and with Charter Schools. Further, the Government Health Services Division has a long track record of staffing Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) for the Navy. However, in the near future we see opportunities with the Army to staff their MTFs as well.
